try. Attend our Ringette Clinic for 6-11 year olds who have never played
ringette before. Players need only basic skating skills to attend and have
fun. Date: Saturday, September
15, 2007. Time: 5:15, please
arrive by 4:45 Location: Centennial Park Arena [map] Spaces
are limited. Sign up for the clinic by sending an
email with a contact name, phone number, player's name and player's age, or
call Darlene Davies at 416-626-8855. Players should be ready to go on the
ice when the clinic starts. The clinic will consist of skills drills and
games led by our summer camp director, John
Hibbit, and his team of trained instructors. Registered Etobicoke ringette players
may join their friends on ice to help with drills and demonstrations, but please
contact John Voss so the ice does not become too crowded. Sticks will be
provided. Full ringette equipment
is recommended. If unavailable, at minimum, players must wear: - Helmet
with full face mask, either hockey or ringette CSA approved.
- Hockey or
broomball gloves
- Sports skates, not figure skates.
Snow pants
or other padded attire recommended. Participants may register for 2007-08
house league onsite during the clinic. |
